Clean workshop: fully enclosed clean room, class 100- 300000 purification. The room body is formed by EPS color plate, made by machine and assembled on site, arc treated inner walls, epoxy self-leveling floor, to prevent dust accumulation. Purifying lights are reasonably arranged at the top surface, the wall has a large window, to increase lighting and perspective; the air circulation system formed of air supply and exhaust unit ensures clear and clean of the indoor air.

Clean room structure materials

1.The wall and roof materials usually adopt 50mm sandwich color plate, purification specialized aluminum oxide to produce. The door of clean room uses purification air-tight door, the window uses aluminum alloy glass fixed window.

2.Clean room floor uses epoxy self-leveling floor of advanced abrasion resistance plastic clean floor.

3.Clean room ventilation pipe uses galvanized steel sheet to produce, and uses “PEF”flame-retarding insulation board to keep warm. Cleanliness class of clean room and suspended particles in the air: equal ISO air cleanliness is greater than or equal to the maximum particle concentration limit (P/m - air) cleanliness grade in the watch.

Clean room is also called dust free room. It is the basis to control pollution. Without clean room, contamination sensitive parts are not likely to be produced in batches. In FED-STD-2, clean room is defined as a room for air filter, distribution, optimizing, constructing materials and devices, in which the specific rule of operation procedure to control airborne particle concentration so as to achieve proper level of particle cleanliness.

Clean room is a special designed room to eliminate corpuscle, harmful air, bacteria and other pollutants in the air within a certain area, and to control indoor temperature, cleanliness , indoor pressure, airflow speed, airflow distribution, noise vibration, light, static within a certain requirement scope. That is, no matter how the external air conditions change, the indoor can keep the original set of cleanliness, humiture, pressure and other performances. The main function of clean room is to control cleanliness and humiture of air the product(such as silicon chip) contacted, make the product produced and manufactured in a good environment, such space we called clean room.

Fabricated clean room system mainly consists of air conditioning air supply, return and exhaust system of primary, medium, high efficiency filter; power and lighting system; work environment parameters monitoring alarm, fire and communication system; flow and logistics system; process pipe system; maintenance structure and eletrostatic floor treat and other required implementation content.

Features:

1.  All the maintenance components of fabricated clean room are processed in the industry according to unified modules and series, suitable for mass production, with stable quality and fast delivery.

2.Flexibility, that is suitable for new plant matching installation, also for purification technology transformation of old plant. The maintenance structure can also be assembled freely according to technique requirements, convenient disassembly.

3.It needs small auxiliary building area and low requirement for soil building decoration.

4.The airflow organization form is flexible and reasonable, which can meet the needs of different working conditions and different cleanliness classes.

Clean requirement

(1)Use cleanroom wiper to clean the wall of clean room;

(2)Configure cleanser with 90% deionized water and 10% isopropanol;

(3)Use approved cleanroom specialized detergent

(4)Check dustbin in workshop and reorganize room everyday, and clean in time.

(5)Every floor needs dust collection. Each shift shall indicate the completion of the job on the map, such as where to end and where to start.

(6)Use special mop to clean the floor of clean room.

(7)Dust collection in clean room shall use special vacuum cleaner with high efficiency filter.

(8)All the doors shall be inspected and wiped.

(9)Wipe the floor after dust collection. Wipe the wall once a week.

(10)Dust collection and scrub is also needed under the overhead floor.

(11)Wipe pillar and shore under the overhead floor once every three months.

(12)Always remember wipe from top to bottom, from the furthest away from the door to the direction of the door.

Clean room notice

1.Before entry, notify custodian and pass through basic training.

2.No smoking clean room. Food(drink), outside sundries (such as newspapers, magazines, pencils, etc.) are not allowed to bring in. Strictly prohibit play, run and group chat.

3.Before entry, take out off shoes at designated place, put shoes in shoe cabinet, outerwear in wardrobe, personal effects in personal locker. No food can be placed in the cabinet.

4.Before entry, put on mask, hood, cleanroom attire, shoe covers in order according to procedures, pass through air shower, step on adhesive mats (air shower floor) as you enter.

5.When wearing mask, mask shall be worn over the nose to cover the mouth and nose, so as to avoid contamination during breathing.

6.Before dressing on cleanroom attire, hood, adjust your cloth and hair, in case of unadjustable and uncomfortable after dressing.

7.After a neat appearance, put on hood. Wear principle of hood is:

(1)Hair shall be covered completely in the hood, shall not be exposed.

(2)The hem of the hood shall be flat and scattered over two shoulders, so as not to come off and expose the shoulder and neck after dressed up.

8.Cleanroom attire is put on after hood. The cloth shall in appropriate size, so the trousers or sleeves won’t be too short to expose skin. While dressing, keep the hem of hood flat. Cleanroom attired must not be worn inside-out

9.Shoe covers are put on after cloth. Pull up shoe covers and flat them, make sure them cover trouser.

10.Avoid to touch the palm and fingertips of gloves while wearing (to prevent sodium pollution). After worn, place wrist of gloves inside sleeves to isolate pollution source.

11.After proper dressed up, pass through the air shower and step on adhesive mats as you enter.

12.No matter in or out, cleanroom attire shall be put on or took off at dressing room according to regulations, other area is forbidden. Strictly prohibit to take off while waking in clean room.

13.Periodic clean cleanroom attire, shod covers,etc. Replace any cleanroom attire that is worn or soiled.

14.Remove cleanroom attire in the opposite order from that in which you donned it.

15.Cleanroom attire shall be hung in the upper cabinet of dressing room, shoe covers shall be palced underneath cleanroom attire.

16.It is not allowed to place other items in small cabinet of dressing room, except cleanroom attire and other regulated goods.

17.Except designated paper and objects, other objects are not allowed to carry into clean room.

18.Cleanroom attire is not allowed to take out of the clean room. Please place at designated position after using.

19.Mask and gloves can be self kept or reused according to situations.

20.All objects must be wiped clean by alcohol before taking into clean room.

21.Any equipment entry shall notify manager, entry is permitted after wiped clean outside the clean room.

22.It is forbidden to use unqualified equipment. When emergency occurs, properly handle in accordance with emergency procedures, such as switch off water, electricity, gas, etcs.

23.Fire work is forbidden in clean room, so as to avoid accidents.
